I have a 2000 , Hunter 380 and was looking for a recommendation for an Autopolit

         
         
Since your boat came with RayMarine instruments, you probably want to use RayMarine so you can steer to wind angle etc.  

         
         
I have a 1999 H380 in which we installed the Raymarine 5000+ (I'm told that is the 6000 now) insttuments, but for the motor, we used a Winlock from  PYI which also sells Max Props.  Call PYI and they will advise you what is best for the 380.Les

         
         
John the hunter 380 has a displacement of 15,000 and the ST4000 is good up to 18,700. The next step up is the ST6000. Doyou need to goon the wheel or can you go in the pedestol, that will help you choose a unit.

         
         
I would hope it could go in the pedestal.  I would assume that quot;goonquot; would less desirable
