Pimafix can kill very easily if you overdose it.  Under normal dosing, pimafix is very safe.

PS, don't use capslock.

PS, don't use capslock.Pimafix is derived from a natural extract and should be used strictly according to the directions on the bottle.

You should also be careful when dosing in a tank with scaleless fish like loaches. They are much more sensitive to meds and treatments. There are often special instructions for these types of fish.

yep, and you might want to add more air stones when you use pimafix, to cerculate the bottom of the tank.

Melafix and Pimafix are fine, but like most medications you need to make sure the water is getting properly aerated. I lost two of my favorite fish when I put some Melafix in without realizing that my filter's spray bar had slid down the glass an inch and I wasn't getting any oxygen exchange. It was a disaster and I was very lucky I didn't lose every fish in the tank.

I blame myself, not Melafix. I think the stuff is great.  It's not the end-all treatment many seem to think it is but it's great for healing wounds and as a first step general treatment.

ok so i did the water change , will this solve the problem ?

No. Your fish are still dead.
