Will the tube be affected by next week's industrial action?

Hi, sorry if this is in the wrong forum - couldn't find any which were particularly relevant to the question.

I have work experience in London next week and will therefore be needing to use Chiltern Railways between High Wycombe and Marylebone then the tube. According to Chiltern Railways' updated timetable (which looks suspiciously similar to the real timetable) that service should be OK, however, due to being completely ill informed in this matter, I am unsure if LU will be part of these strikes, or is LU still owned by two private companies or whatever?!
